In the event that an item arrives at the buyer damaged, or does not correspond to the item ordered and the description of the latter, Cyclope Reworked undertakes to reimburse the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping fees. The return of the object must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase. The refund will be made on the date of receipt.

The Item must be returned in it’s original and complete packaging. The Item must be unworn and undamaged.

In the event that your Package is stolen after delivery to the mailbox, If you have chosen delivery without signature and without insurance, Cyclope Reworked cannot refund your purchase. If you have chosen insurance, You will need to contact the postal services to notify them of the theft of the package, and we will reimburse you.
